I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast offered was diverse and delicious, giving me a great start to my day. I also enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed, providing a quiet environment for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's transportation services, such as the free airport shuttle and walking distance to the metro station, made it easy to explore this city.
Could not be improved in any way.

It's easy to get around from the hotel as it's within walking distance to line 3 metro. the location isn't very convenient if you want to visit the city centre or airport. the room is spacious, the staff is friendly, and the bathroom has a nice bath with bathing salt for relaxation.
The breakfast isn't up to the standard of a normal international hotel, and the pillows are too thick for a good night's sleep.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel fulfilled my exclusive needs. the spacious room was well-appointed with comfortable beds, and the bathroom was excellent, featuring a big bath with bathing salts for a perfect after-work relaxation. the fitness room was a plus, and the air conditioning was not loud and didn't blow cold air on me.
The only minor issue I encountered was the location not being very central. this was made up for by the walking distance to the metro station line 3, which made it easy to access the city center and other tourist attractions.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and although their English was not perfect, we managed to communicate well. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was satisfying. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent, with a big bath and bathing salts for a relaxing soak. The location is convenient, within walking distance to line 3 metro, making it easy to explore the city.
One downside was the lack of curtains in the room, as the sun would stream in through the slats every morning, sometimes waking us up earlier than desired.

Great breakfast spread and spacious rooms. the location was perfect with easy access to the metro and attractions. the hotel also provided free airport shuttle services which were very convenient.
My New Year's stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. the staff's limited English skills made it difficult to communicate.

The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of options to choose from. The bathroom was amazing, we loved the bathtub with the bathing salts, it was perfect after a long day. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, we slept very well as the surrounding was very quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly and didn't make any noise while keeping us warm. One of the best aspects was the free airport shuttle, it was very convenient and saved us a lot of time.
The only downside was the location which is a bit far from the city center and the subway. Also, the staff's English was not perfect which could be a problem if we needed help for something very specific.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of the metro station and had a fitness room. The breakfast was an absolute highlight, offering a great variety of food options to start our day.
Although we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, there were a few downsides. The pillows were quite thick, causing us to have a restless night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and although their English wasn't brilliant, we were able to communicate effectively using a mobile phone and a translator app. The hotel provided a free airport shuttle, which was convenient for us. Additionally, the breakfast provided was very nice and had a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and clean, and we especially loved the excellent bathroom which had a big bath and bathing salt, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
